- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation in line with Mitts & Trays standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development, mise en place planning, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with HACCP and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain food cost targets.
