We're on the lookout for a creative, driven, and multi-skilled Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth. This is your chance to take full ownership of our online presence and help shape the future of a rapidly growing communication solutions brand in the UAE.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Website Management – Oversee creation, development, and optimization of walkietalkie.ae
  • SEO & Analytics – Manage on-page/off-page SEO, monitor performance, and optimize for growth
  • Digital Ads & Budgeting – Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.), analyze ROI, and manage ad budgets efficiently
  • Content Creation & Strategy – Bring fresh content ideas for blogs, social media, and campaigns aligned with our brand voice
  • Social Media Management – Handle our platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging, regular posts
  • Brand Direction – Collaborate directly with the founder to bring creative strategies to life and grow the online division
  • Open Culture – Work in a collaborative, non-corporate environment where your ideas matter

  • Familiar with Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms

Skills

???? Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or tech-driven industries
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience in website development/management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms)
  • Proficiency in content creation – from planning to execution (blogs, email campaigns, visuals, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver strong ROI on marketing spend
  • Experience building and growing social media presence across platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with leadership
  • A creative mindset with a passion for branding, storytelling, and design thinking
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
