We require 1 candidate as technician and 1 candidate as assistant technician
Flexibility and ability to work with different areas of the business.
Have good written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft reports, minutes, correspondence, procedures, processes and forms.
Possess sound literacy in computer software, including the excel
Manage and coordinate the project handover phase with contractors, client contractors, tenants and building managers
Experience with coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction sites or in industrial settings.
Good understanding in techniques, procedures with keen eye for quality and cleanliness.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues on-site and ensure that MEP systems are functioning as intended.
Skills
Microsoft Office range. Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC/MEP or related field preferred.
Work with limited supervision.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AC Technician, MEP Technician or in a similar role.
Experience with various MEP/HVAC systems and controls is highly desirable.
