We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in Dubai and provide excellent support to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries
* Provide accurate information about products and services
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
* Maintain customer records and update the database
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or above
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
**Benefits:**
* Salary: **AED 3,000 – 5,000** (depending on experience)
