Receptionist/Front office

We are seeking a well-presented and professional Front Office Receptionist to manage the reception area, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing accurate information.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures (for hotels/offices as applicable).
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
