Role Overview: This mid-level legal position will provide expert legal support across fintech law, crypto compliance, and commercial operations. The Legal Associate will support Denara Group’s market expansion activities, particularly those related to Saudi Arabia (KSA) and broader GCC operations, working closely with the Head of Legal and external advisors. Reporting to the Head of Legal, this role bridges strategic oversight and junior support, contributing to group-level operations and the launch of new crypto products. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including vendor, partnership, technology, and IP-related contracts. - Support the rollout of Denara Group’s fintech products (including crypto offerings), including legal risk analysis of mobile app features, integrations, and user-facing content. - Advise on legal aspects of KSA expansion, including entity structuring, regulatory filings, and Arabic/English legal documentation (with external counsel support). - Assist in ensuring compliance with cross-border data protection laws (UAE, GDPR, KSA). - Liaise with regulators (DFSA, FSRA, and local Saudi authorities through external counsel). - Solid background in fintech law, digital finance, and financial services regulation. - 3-5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts (mid-level experience preferred). - Knowledge of regional market entry legal considerations (especially KSA). - Familiarity with crypto legal frameworks is a strong advantage. - Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a plus but not mandatory. - LLB or equivalent legal qualification; bar admission in UAE, GCC, or equivalent jurisdictions is a plus but not mandatory.
