Job Description -Oversee end-to-end industrial coating operations, including surface preparation, application methods, curing, inspection, and quality control. -Lead the adoption of advanced coating systems (powder coating, protective coatings, anti-corrosion, fireproofing), evaluate new technologies, and optimize processes to enhance durability, performance, and cost efficiency. -Manage client relationships, support tendering and proposals for large-scale coating contracts, align solutions with market demand, and collaborate with procurement and sales teams to secure and deliver projects. -Direct a multidisciplinary workforce (engineers, inspectors, technicians, supervisors), develop training programs, ensure strict compliance with HSE, environmental, and regulatory requirements, and maintain productivity KPIs.

Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science (Master’s degree preferred). -10+ years of coatings experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing industrial or protective coatings in the UAE/GCC. -Proven expertise in protective, anti-corrosion, fireproofing, and marine coatings for oil & gas, energy, and infrastructure sectors. -Strong familiarity with NACE, SSPC, FROSIO, ISO, ASTM standards and regional regulatory requirements.
