Key Responsibilities of a Real Estate Agent
- Property Listing & Marketing
- Source and list properties for sale or rent.
- Prepare and publish high-quality listings with photos, descriptions, and pricing.
- Promote properties through online portals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
2.Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Understand clients’ property needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide professional advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
3.Property Viewings & Negotiations
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts on behalf of clients.
