We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong expertise in fit-out and interior works to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) license, possess hands-on experience in UAE projects, and demonstrate proficiency in leading design and technical software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage fit-out and interior construction projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure project execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and Dubai Municipality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality control.
• Ensure all works comply with DM regulations, health, and safety standards.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required).

• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Civil Engineer License (mandatory).

• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in fit-out/interior or construction projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction techniques, and MEP coordination.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (verbal & written).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
