Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager to lead our paid advertising initiatives across multiple digital platforms. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from planning and implementation to optimisation and reporting
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Establish and track key performance metrics, including ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimise campaign performance
  • Implement conversion tracking and attribution modelling to measure campaign effectiveness


Paid Social Media Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and emerging social channels
  • Develop audience targeting strategies using demographic, behavioural, and interest-based parameters
  • Manage social media advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
  • Stay current on social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities


Google Advertising

  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video (YouTube).
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Manage bid strategies and budget allocation across campaigns
  • Implement Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking and measurement
  • Optimise Quality Score and ad rank to improve campaign efficiency


Strategic Planning & Budget Management

  • Develop quarterly and annual digital media plans with clear objectives and forecasts
  • Manage overall paid media budget allocation across channels based on performance data
  • Present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Negotiate with media vendors and platform representatives to maximise value
  • Identify new advertising platforms and opportunities for growth


Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with creative and content development teams to ensure cohesive campaigns
  • High involvement in Business Development opportunities
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors


Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media
  • Proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable business results through paid campaigns


Technical Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and optimisation techniques
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising and DSPs
