About the Client:

A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.

Job Description:

• Lead high-end interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experience.
• Develop refined design concepts (layouts, FF&E, lighting, materials/finishes) and produce detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and mood boards.
• Source premium materials, furniture, and finishes while maintaining budget and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors; conduct site visits to ensure quality and design integrity.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• At least years of proven experience in luxury residential design preferably in villa projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools
• Expertise in spatial planning, materials, lighting, color theory, and luxury aesthetics
