Role Description


We are looking for a Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes from inquiry to delivery.


This role involves:


Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the hospitality, interior design, and commercial furnishing sectors.


Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients including hotels, project managers, designers, and procurement teams.


Presenting and promoting products and solutions that meet customer needs in furniture, upholstery, and décor categories.


Preparing and delivering sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.


Following up on leads and negotiating terms to successfully close sales deals.


Collaborating with internal departments (procurement, design, and operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.


Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.


Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills

Qualifications


1–2 years of proven sales experience (preferably in hospitality or furniture supply chain)


Excellent communication and negotiation skills


Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities


Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite


Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment


Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset


UAE Driving License and own car preferred
