Roles & responsibilities
Coordinate between various disciplines to resolve design and installation conflicts. Ensure all MEP work complies with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Design, review, and coordinate MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection). Develop detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts in coordination with architects and structural engineers.
Lead the coordination of BIM models with various disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to identify and resolve clashes, optimizing design efficiency.
Skills
*Minimum 3-6 years of experience with 2 years in GCC projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
