Greet and seat guests professionally with a warm and friendly attitude.
Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations.
Handle billing, cash, card payments, and maintain accurate POS records.
Coordinate with hosts, service staff, and kitchen for smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception and cashier desk.
Resolve guest concerns or escalate to the manager when needed.
Follow grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards at all times.
Skills
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or cashier in F&B or hospitality.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Presentable, organized, and able to multitask.
Basic English required; Arabic is an advantage.
