Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and confident Parent Relations & Social Media Executive to be the main contact for parents and support our admissions and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome parents, answer calls, respond to WhatsApp/emails, and handle inquiries.
Build positive relationships with families and support the admissions process.
Create and post simple, engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories).
Highlight daily activities and events across Instagram and other platforms.
Coordinate with the team for parent communication and nursery events.
Requirements
Excellent English as mother langiage communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic experience with social media content creation.
Professional, organized, and able to manage follow-ups.
Experience in nurseries or schools is a plus.
