We are looking for a qualified Sales Executive with strong experience in selling Bio Fertilizer, Compost, and Organic Soil Amendment Products in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have an existing customer network such as nurseries, farms, landscaping companies, wholesalers, and government/municipality buyers.
Responsibilities:
Develop new customers and manage key accounts
Visit farms, nurseries, landscaping companies, garden centers, and distributors
Promote and sell organic fertilizer/compost products
Conduct product presentations and demos
Achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare weekly sales and market reports
Monitor market demand and competitor activity
Skills
3–5 years UAE experience in fertilizer/compost/agri-input sales
Strong market knowledge and active client connections
UAE driving license required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
