The Civil Engineer with G+1 accreditation will be responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of civil construction projects. You will ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and technical specifications. Your expertise will be key in delivering high-quality, structurally sound projects while coordinating with contractors, architects, and project managers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review structural and civil engineering designs for G+1 buildings
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Prepare reports, technical documentation, and progress updates
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Identify and resolve engineering-related issues on-site
- Ensure all projects meet timeline, budget, and quality requirements

- Proficiency in civil engineering design and construction practices
- Experience in structural analysis and project supervision
- Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
- Dubai Municipality G+1 Accreditation Certificate (mandatory)

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- G+1 Accreditation Certificate – Dubai Municipality (mandatory)
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, UAE Municipality approvals) are a plus
- 3-5 years in civil engineering, preferably G+1 building projects
