Team Leader – Security Systems Location: Dubai, UAERole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our security team on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will oversee task assignments, ensure smooth operations, and provide technical guidance in the maintenance and troubleshooting of low current systems.Key Responsibilities• Lead and supervise the security team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance• Oversee maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of low current systems including:• CCTV• Access control systems• Barriers and related equipment• Guide and support the team in SIRA inspections and Video Guard compliance• Ensure all systems meet operational and safety standards• Coordinate with management to improve efficiency and security protocols• Provide training and mentorship to team members.Requirements• Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of low current systems• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team• Strong knowledge of SIRA inspection procedures and Video Guard systems• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)• Previous experience in hotel maintenance is considered an added advantage• Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsAdded Value• Experience in hospitality environments• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities• Strong organizational and reporting skillsWe welcome all candidates but Please take note candidates will he interviewed by skilled people so please make you have the necessary skills prior to applying.
