- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex MEP system malfunctions, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop effective installation and maintenance plans tailored to project specifications.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering.
- Hold industry-recognized certifications such as HVAC Technician Certification or Electrical Safety Certification.
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP systems installation and maintenance across various settings.
- Demonstrate familiarity with building codes and regulations specific to the region of work.
