Overview of the role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for an assigned portfolio across our UAE operations. In this role, you will drive sales performance, lead and develop branch-based sales teams, and ensure the consistent application of company standards, processes, and customer service excellence. You will play a key role in achieving business targets while creating a high-performance culture aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
What you will do
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective action to improve results where needed.
• Implement sales strategies and business plans to deliver operational and commercial objectives.
• Ensure sales processes are followed consistently and customer concerns are resolved effectively.
• Maintain high standards of customer engagement and support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Develop team capability through regular product knowledge sharing, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee documentation, compliance, and government-related processes connected to the sales function.
Skills
Required skills to be successful
• You should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of sales experience, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
• A strong track record of achieving targets, managing teams, and driving customer satisfaction will set you up for success in this role.
• Candidates with experience in automotive or retail sales environments and a passion for leading people and delivering results will be well suited for this opportunity.
• An understanding of both English and Arabic is an advantage.
