Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and seminars across different programs in alignment with course and program learning outcomes.
Design, develop, and continuously update course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessment methods, integrating innovative and technology-enhanced teaching strategies.
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Administration and related disciplines.
Develop and update course materials, assessments, and learning resources in alignment with accreditation standards.
Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning tools.
Supervise student projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.
Maintain high standards of student engagement and academic achievement.
Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
Secure research grants and participate in funded research projects.
Present research findings at national and international conferences.
Contribute to the University's research strategy and scholarly reputation.
Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
Desired Candidate Profile
PhD in Business Administration or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of academic experience with significant teaching, research, and leadership contributions.
At least 2 years of experience for academic administration.
Strong record of research and publications (mainly in Scopus, ABDC etc.).
