Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems on-site, including AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ductwork, and chilled water networks.

• Ensure the correct implementation of chilled water systems, including piping layouts, valves, strainers, pump sets, and associated control systems, in line with approved drawings and specifications.

• Read, interpret, and review HVAC shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and coordination layouts to ensure accuracy and suitability for site conditions.

• Oversee and execute the installation and testing of BTU meters, ensuring correct alignment, flanged/threaded connections, and integration with control or BMS systems.

• Liaise effectively with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure proper coordination, timely approvals, and compliance with technical standards.

• Prepare and submit Method Statements, ITPs, and Risk Assessments for HVAC installation, testing, and maintenance works.

• Conduct routine site inspections and functional testing, ensuring systems are installed in accordance with project specifications and relevant local authority regulations.

• Identify and rectify faults, carry out planned preventive maintenance, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily progress reports, service/test records, and as-built drawings.

• Promote and enforce health and safety practices on-site, ensuring all HVAC activities adhere to project HSE requirements and industry best practices.

• Pre-arrange and prepare all required site materials in advance, ensuring smooth execution of work.

• Coordinate with clients before the work day and handle the site independently without supervision.

• Report daily site activities in the company’s WhatsApp group and via email without fail.

Documentation & Software:

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Skilled in email communication and professional correspondence.

Soft Skills:

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE is preferred.

• Flexible working hours as required by the situation.

• Ability to work night shifts when required.

• English Communication Must require

• Candidates who know Malayalam & Hindi will be given preference.
