Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for property management..

  2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment databases.

  3. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

  4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.

  5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  6. Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.

  7. Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.

  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

  9. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the real estate industry.

  2. Strong knowledge of real estate roles and hiring trends in the UAE.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Experience using job portals and social media recruitment platforms.

  5. Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
