Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new clients through referrals, networking, and cold outreach
Conduct needs analysis and present suitable life insurance solutions to prospective clients
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new clients
Follow up on leads and pipeline opportunities in a timely and professional manner
Prepare and present insurance proposals, illustrations, and documentation accurately
Ensure full compliance with UAE insurance regulations and company policies
Provide after-sales support and assist clients with policy servicing and renewals
Attend training sessions, product workshops, and team meetings as required
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
Desired Candidate Profile
1 year of sales experience in the life insurance industry (UAE experience preferred)
UAE Real Estate sales background will also be considered
communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Ability to build and manage a strong client portfolio
Professional appearance and confident presentation skills
Valid UAE residence visa preferred (visa can be provided for the right candidate)
Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage
