Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Network Engineer to provide advanced troubleshooting, design, and operational support for a large enterprise network environment. The role involves managing complex LAN/WAN infrastructures, firewalls, load balancers, and network security platforms while ensuring high availability, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilitiaes

Network Operations & Troubleshooting

• Provide L3/L4 advanced troubleshooting for enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, and Firewall environments

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem management for recurring network incidents

• Handle escalations and ensure minimal downtime for critical services

Routing, Switching & Core Technologies

• Configure and manage Routing & Switching technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN

• Manage DNS, DHCP, and related network services

Security & Compliance

• Manage and administer Palo Alto Firewalls ,Fortigate Firewalls(must-have)

• Ensure network security hardening, compliance, and configuration backups

• Review firewall policies and ensure best practices are followed

Enterprise Tools & Platforms

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Fortimanager

  • FortiAnalyzer

  • Cisco CUCM

  • Infoblox

  • Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC)

• Manage and configure F5 Load Balancers, including policy configuration

Change & Governance

• Review, approve, and implement network changes as part of CAB (Change Advisory Board)

• Maintain proper documentation and adherence to ITIL processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Skills

• CCNP certified (CCIE is a plus)

• Cisco Routing & Switching (expert-level)

• Palo Alto Firewall

• Cisco WLC

• HP Aruba

• F5 Load Balancer (policy configuration & management)

• BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN

• LAN / WAN / VPN
