ROLE SUMMARY
Lead the development and continuous enhancement of Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions’ data modelling, business intelligence, and analytics capabilities, driving strategic project pipelines, reporting architecture, dashboard delivery, KPI governance, and advanced initiatives. The role translates executive priorities into scalable data insights and presentations while strengthening team capability and enabling broader efficiency and optimization across the organization.
ROLE PROFILE

• Lead the end-to-end data modelling, business intelligence, and analytics agenda, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise reporting needs.
• Drive the design and continuous improvement of data models, reporting frameworks, and insight-driven presentations.
• Oversee the development and optimization of dashboards and reporting outputs to support decision-making and business performance.
• Manage the delivery of interactive dashboards and self-service reporting solutions across Tableau and Power BI environments.
• Define, standardize, and govern KPI frameworks to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting across functions.
• Partner closely with business and functional stakeholders to capture requirements, prioritize demand, and translate needs into scalable insights.
• Lead advanced and exploratory analytics initiatives to uncover trends, diagnose performance gaps, and generate actionable recommendations.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing analytics team, strengthening capability and driving a culture of insight-led decision making.

REQUIREMENTS

• Deliver reliable, scalable data models, dashboards, and curated presentations that are timely, business-ready, and effectively support decision-making.
• Ensure strong adoption of reporting and dashboard solutions by maintaining clear KPI definitions, high usability, and measurable business impact.
• Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks covering data quality, KPI ownership, documentation, and reporting discipline.
• Apply advanced expertise in data modelling, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and exploratory analytics to generate structured insights and support enterprise reporting needs.
• Lead analytics delivery through strong team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and effective coordination across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bring 6–8+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in enterprise reporting, analytics delivery, and stakeholder management, supported by a degree in a relevant quantitative discipline.
