Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate loading of cement trucks to meet customer demands and production schedules.
Manage the packing plant's efficiency, monitoring machinery performance and implementing strategies to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards for bagged cement, conducting regular checks on product integrity and packaging.
Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules, reducing transportation costs and improving customer satisfaction.
Supervise cement packing plant ,Monitor packer performance, loading systems, and dispatch equipment
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production or operations role within the cement or building materials industry.
Proven experience in managing dispatch operations and overseeing automated packing lines.
Strong understanding of cement production processes, quality standards, and material handling.
