Specialist / Senior Specialist – Contracts & Commercial (Oil & Gas) Job Purpose:To manage procurement, contracts, and commercial activities for oil & gas projects, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, contract compliance, and successful project execution. Key Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline. Specialist: 5–8 years of relevant experience. Senior Specialist: 8–12+ years of relevant experience. Mandatory Experience:Civil Projects – Procurement and contract management for construction, infrastructure, and maintenance projects. Finance – Cost analysis, budgeting, commercial evaluations, and financial assessments. Insurance – Review of contractual insurance requirements, risk mitigation, and claims support. Audit – Procurement compliance, documentation control, and audit support. PMC/EPC Projects – Experience handling contracts and procurement activities within PMC and EPC environments. General Procurement – End-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration.
