Key Responsibilities:Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for landscaping projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Assist in preparing tender submissions and project budgets. Coordinate with the procurement and project teams during the estimation process. Requirements:2–3 years of experience in the UAE landscaping industry. Proven experience in cost estimation and tendering. Knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and landscape materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and estimation-related documentation. Currently based in Dubai or available for immediate joining.
