We are currently recruiting for a Security Convergence & Compliance Officer for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.
Purpose-
The ESS & Cyber-Physical Security Compliance Officer owns technical governance, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness of all Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
Responsibility-
Own ESS compliance across PACS, VMS, IDS, PSIM, and GSOC platforms. Govern IEC 62443 zone mapping and OT/ICS security baseline. Maintain ISO 27001 compliance for all ESS data environments. Manage CCTV data governance under UAE Federal Law 45/2021. Lead NIST CSF 2.0 implementation for ESS networks. Conduct internal ESS compliance audits.
Skills-
8+ years of experience in ESS, OT Security, or Cyber physical security roles. ASIS PSP physical security professional. ISA/IEC 62443 Cyber Security (Mandatory). ISO 27001 Lead (Auditor Mandatory). Proven experience in ISO 27000 audits and compliance management. Strong understanding of audit processes and governance of electronic security systems.
