The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting detailed property inspections, collecting relevant market data, and performing valuation analyses for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Daily tasks include preparing valuation reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all assessments comply with relevant local regulations and industry standards. The role involves liaising with clients, estate agents, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, explain valuation outcomes, and support decision-making. The Property Valuer will also monitor market trends, analyze comparable sales and rental data, and contribute insights to improve valuation methodologies and processes. Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate valuation within the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA regulations, and Dubai Valuation Standards (Dubai Book).
• Experience in preparing valuation reports for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Professional certifications or progress toward valuation-related qualifications will be considered an advantage.
