Vachi Warehousing & Storage Management & Operation is hiring a hands-on Operations / Sales / Site Manager for our self-storage facility in Al Quoz.
Russian language is mandatory.
We are looking for a practical, reliable and tech-savvy person who can manage clients, close storage sales, follow up on payments, oversee contractors, and coordinate maintenance and renovation works.
Responsibilities:Manage daily site operations Handle client enquiries, viewings, move-ins and move-outs Sell storage units and follow up with leads Follow up on overdue payments professionally Oversee contractors, repairs, maintenance and renovations Coordinate AC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning and fit-out works Keep records updated in Whats App, CRM, Google Sheets and internal systems Use AI tools such as Chat GPT to improve follow-ups, reporting and daily organisation
Requirements:Fluent Russian is mandatory Good English communication Strong sales and negotiation skills Tech savvy, comfortable with AI tools, CRM and Google Sheets Practical, organised and disciplined Confident dealing with clients, contractors and late payments Dubai/UAE experience preferred
