Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field???? Key Requirements:• 2–5 years of relevant HR Operations experience within the UAE• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices• Experience handling employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration• Knowledge of visa, labour, and employee documentation processes• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications???? Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding activities• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases• Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration• Process and monitor visa, labour, and other statutory documentation• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations• Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees and management
