As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, supervising construction teams, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the timely execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules Monitor labor productivity and allocate tasks effectively Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained Enforce health, safety, and company policies on-site Monitor material usage and report shortages or site requirements Maintain daily site reports and progress updates Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow Verify completed work and ensure timely project execution???? Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution UAE experience is preferred????
