JOB TITLE: Consultant Anesthesiologist - Abu Dhabi LOCATION: Abu Dhabi EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time SECTOR: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Group ABOUT THE ROLE A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is expanding its advanced operating theatres, perioperative medicine and acute pain services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Anesthesiologist to join its growing clinical team.

ROLE OVERVIEW The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver consultant-level anaesthesia care for elective and emergency surgical cases across multiple specialties.
• Conduct pre-anaesthetic assessments, risk stratification, and perioperative optimisation for complex patients.
• Provide general, regional, neuraxial, and monitored anaesthesia care in line with hospital protocols.
• Manage airway emergencies, postoperative recovery, acute pain, and perioperative complications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and theatre teams to ensure safe patient flow.
• Support clinical governance, morbidity reviews, and quality improvement within operating theatre services.
