Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks or holes.

• Apply primer, paint, texture, and protective coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, metal, and wood surfaces.

• Carry out interior and exterior painting works to a high-quality finish.

• Mix and match paint colors according to specifications.

• Protect furniture, flooring, and surrounding areas before painting.

• Repair minor plaster defects and prepare surfaces before painting.

• Operate painting tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good condition.

• Follow project schedules, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

• Keep the worksite clean and complete jobs within the agreed timeline.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of painting experience in the UAE or GCC is preferred.

• Experience with emulsion, enamel, epoxy, texture, and waterproof coating systems.

• Knowledge of surface preparation, putty application, sanding, and finishing techniques.

• Ability to read basic work instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.

• Good attitude, punctual, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• UAE experience is an advantage.
