We are looking for driven, self-motivated freelance sales partners across Dubai and Sharjah who can identify advertising opportunities, connect with decision makers, and close deals — with uncapped commission earnings and full support from our team.

Here's how it works: we print a brand's advertisement directly onto tissue boxes and place them across our wide network of restaurants, salons, gyms, clinics, cafes, and event organizers across Dubai and Sharjah. Every time a customer sits at a table, waits at a counter, or attends an event — they pick up that box and spend the next 20 to 30 minutes with your client's brand right in front of them.

The Role

You pitch, you close — we handle design, printing, placement and logistics end to end.

Earning Potential

• 10% commission on every deal closed

• Starter deal (AED 38,000) → AED 3,800

• Growth deal (AED 105,000) → AED 10,500

• Pro deal (AED 165,000) → AED 16,500

• Scale deal (AED 300,000) → AED 30,000

• +5% commission on every client renewal

This is a freelance, commission-only role. No visa, no salary, no retainer.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Background

• Advertising, media sales, OOH, or digital marketing agency experience strongly preferred

• Strong network in any of these verticals: automotive, real estate, healthcare, F&B, education, or hospitality

• Confident pitching to marketing managers and business owners

• UAE-based and available to meet clients in person when needed
