هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في موقع العمل لرئيس وحدة في شركة Orient Insurance الواقع في دبي.
ما ستفعله
سيكون رئيس الوحدة مسؤولاً عن العمليات اليومية وإدارة وحدته المكلف بها. وهذا يشمل إشراف على الموظفين، وضع الأهداف والغايات، ضمان الامتثال للوائح، إدارة الميزانيات، وتنفيذ المبادرات الاستراتيجية لتعزيز النمو والربحية. كما سي collaborating مع أقسام أخرى وأصحاب مصلحة لضمان التواصل والتنسيق الفعّال.
المهارات المطلوبة للنجاح
- خبرة مثبتة في التأمين أو صناعة ذات صلة
- معرفة عميقة بعمليات التأمين والتنظيمات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال أو المالية أو مجال ذات صلة
- يفضل الشهادات المهنية مثل ACII أو CPCU

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Unit at Orient Insurance located in Dubai.
What you will do
The Head of Unit will be responsible for day-to-day operations and management of their assigned unit. This includes overseeing staff, setting goals and targets, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability. The Head of Unit will also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Required Skills to be successful
- Proven experience in insurance or a related industry
- In-depth knowledge of insurance operations and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as ACII or CPCU are preferred
