- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and send quotations while following up until order confirmation.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order processing.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
