About the Role

Lead technical communications with key enterprise accounts and for major projects. Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including technical consulting, product presentations, solution design, and product demonstrations for clients.

Responsibilities

Lead technical communications with key enterprise accounts and for major projects. Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including technical consulting, product presentations, solution design, and product demonstrations for clients. Design integrated energy storage system solutions and prepare tender documentation. Be responsible for responding to RFPs, delivering compelling bid presentations, and addressing technical inquiries during the bidding process. Deliver conduct product training sessions, technical workshops, and seminars for customers. Gather and analyze customer information and requirements. Monitor and compile intelligence on competitor products and activities. Fulfill other duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering is a plus;Excellent communication skills, experience in Utility Scale BESS energy storage solutions is a plus;Knows how to use CAD.
