يعتني باعطال أجهزة القياس الميدانية في محطات الطاقة والتحلية وأعمال الصيانة المخطط لها بأقل قدر من التوجيه والإشراف. يقوم تقنياً بتقييم متطلبات الأعمال الموكلة ويختار الأدوات والمعدات اللازمة لإكمال هذه الأعمال. باستخدام نظام الصيانة المحوسب، يعمَل طلب قطع الغيار من المستودع ويحافظ على سجلات جميع أعمال الصيانة التي تم إكمالها. يضمن أن تتم جميع أعمال الصيانة وفق إجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات تشغيل المحطة. يبلغ عن الأعطال المتكررة ويشارك في RCFA لتحديد حل أمثل لحل المشكلة. يقدِّم تدريباً أثناء العمل للحرفيين الجدد ليزوّدهم بالمهارات اللازمة لإجراء أعمال الصيانة وإصلاحها كما هو مخطط.

المؤهلات الدنيا: زي مدرسة ثانوية أو دبلوم الخبرة الدنيا: يجب أن يكون على دراية بجميع أدوات الصيانة ويجب أن يكون لديه معرفة جيدة بسلامة المصنع. المعرفة والخبرة المطلوبة للمنصب هي تلك التي اكتُسبت من خلال خبرة سابقة في تشغيل محطة طاقة أو تحلية ويفضّل التعرض لأي من صيانة ومعايرة ما يلي أجهزة القياس الميدانية: الضغط، الحرارة، المستوى، وقياس التدفق، أنظمة تشغيل الصمامات الهوائية والهوائية، أنظمة الحماية من الحريق بالغاز CO2، أنظمة الكشف عن الغازات بالأشعة تحت الحمراء، العمل تحت ضغط الزمن والتقني مع العلم أن أي خطأ/خطأ سيكلف المحطة إما في التأخير أو تلف المعدات أو إصابة العاملين. يمكن تعيينه والعمل بنظام الورديات. يمكن استدعاؤه في أي وقت للانشغال بعمل العطل لمدير تشغيل الوردية. عليه أن يواكب التطورات التكنولوجية ومفاهيم التحكم الجديدة. العمل في بيئة شديدة الحرارة وقذرة وعلى منصات مرتفعة. المهارات: لا بد أن يكون قادرًا على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية والأدلة. يجب أن يملك معرفة/خبرة في مجال الأجهزة الكهربائية والإلكترونية والكمبيوتر والأنابيب الهيدروليكية والهوائية
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Attends to Power and Desalination plant field instrumentation breakdowns and planned maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision.Technically assesses the requirement of the allocated jobs and selects the necessary tools and equipment to complete such work.Using the computerized maintenance system, orders the spare parts from the warehouse and maintains records of all maintenance work completed.Ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the safety procedures and plant operational requirements. Reports repeated breakdowns and assist in RCFA to identify an optimum solution to resolve the problem.Provides on the job training to new craftsmen in order to equip them with the necessary skills to be able to carry out maintenance repair work as planned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications: Higher secondary or diploma Minimum Experience: Must be familiar with all maintenance tools and should have good knowledge of Plant Safety. The knowledge and experience required in the position is that gained previously experience working in a power or desalination plant and with exposure preferably to any of the maintenance and calibration of the following field instrumentation: Pressure, temperature, level, & flow measuring devicesPneumatic & Hydraulic valve actuation systems CO2 Fire Protection systemsInfrared Gas Detection systemsWorking under time and technical pressure, and knowing that any mistake/error made will substantially cost the power station either on delay, equipment damage, or personnel injury.He can be assigned and work on shift duty. He can be called out any time to attend to breakdown work for the shift operation manager.He has to keep abreast with new technologies and control concepts. Working in very hot, dirty environment, and high level platforms. Skills: Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and manuals.Must have knowledge / experience in the field of electrical, electronics, computer, hydraulic, and pneumatic devices
