With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Minibar Attendant to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success. As a Minibar Attendant, you will ensure guest room minibars are fully stocked, clean, and accurately inventoried. You will replenish items, record consumption, maintain stock levels, and support a seamless guest experience while upholding the Resort’s service standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest room minibars are fully stocked and maintained according to resort standards.
• Replenish minibar food and beverage items accurately and promptly.
• Record minibar consumption and ensure charges are posted correctly.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar equipment and storage areas.
• Conduct regular minibar inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to minibar services.
• Report any maintenance issues, breakages, or equipment concerns to the Supervisor.
• Attend team briefings, meetings, and required training sessions.
• Communicate effectively and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Always present yourself in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support energy and water conservation initiatives.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and always follow health and safety standards.

A suitable candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a hotel or resort environment, with good attention to detail and basic inventory management skills. Strong communication, a professional appearance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential. Good English communication skills are required; an additional language is an advantage.
