نحن نبحث عن مدير سلسلة إمداد ذو خبرة لقيادة وتحسين وظيفة سلسلة الإمداد في إكتيفا من خلال تطوير الاستراتيجيات، وإدارة المشتريات، واللوجستيات، والتخزين، وعلاقات الموردين. ستركز الدور على تعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية، وتحفيز تحسين التكلفة، وضمان الامتثال، وتنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر عبر جميع الكيانات.
الأدوار والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات سلسلة الإمداد، والسياسات، والإجراءات المتوافقة مع أهداف إكتيفا.
إدارة ميزانية وظيفة سلسلة الإمداد وضمان تخصيص الموارد بشكل فعال.
إنشاء أطر تتبع الأداء ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لقياس فاعلية سلسلة الإمداد.
تطوير أطر الشراء، وعمليات تأهيل الموردين، ومعايير الحوكمة.
الإشراف على أنشطة الشراء، واختيار الموردين، والمفاوضات العقدية، وإدارة علاقات الموردين.
قيادة عمليات اللوجستيات، وتحسين شبكات النقل، وتطوير كفاءة التوصيل.
الإشراف على عمليات المستودعات، وإدارة المخزون، وتحسين المخزون عبر جميع الكيانات.
مراقبة أداء سلسلة الإمداد، وتحديد فرص التحسين، وتنفيذ إجراءات التصحيح.
التأكد من الامتثال للسياسات الداخلية، واللوائح الصناعية، ومعايير الجودة.
قيادة وتوجيه فريق سلسلة الإمداد مع ترسيخ ثقافة التحسين المستمر.
البقاء على اطلاع بالتقنيات الناشئة واتجاهات الصناعة لتعزيز قدرات سلسلة الإمداد.
دفع المبادرات لتحسين الكفاءة، وتقليل التكاليف، وتحسين الأداء العام لسلسلة الإمداد.
المرشح المطلوبProfile
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في وظائف سلسلة الإمداد.
يفضل درجة الدراسات العليا مع حد أدنى 10 سنوات من خبرة سلسلة الإمداد والشراء.
خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في وظيفة إدارية أو قيادية.
خبرة قوية في الشراء، واللوجستيات، وإدارة المستودعات، وإدارة الموردين، وتحسين سلسلة الإمداد.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize Ektifa’s Supply Chain function by developing strategies, managing procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supplier relationships. The role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, driving cost optimization, ensuring compliance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across all entities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with Ektifa’s objectives.
Manage the Supply Chain function’s budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Establish performance tracking frameworks and KPIs to measure Supply Chain effectiveness.
Develop procurement frameworks, supplier qualification processes, and governance standards.
Oversee procurement activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
Lead logistics operations, optimize transportation networks, and improve delivery efficiency.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock optimization across all entities.
Monitor Supply Chain performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Lead and mentor the Supply Chain team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance Supply Chain capabilities.
Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall Supply Chain performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in Supply Chain functions.
Postgraduate Degree preferred with a minimum 10 years of Supply Chain and Procurement experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
Strong experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse management, supplier management, and supply chain optimization.
