The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Schedule appointments for property consultants.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with leads.
  • Explain company services and property offerings professionally.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
