About the role
The Saikindō Assistant Server position assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.
What you will do:
• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the F&B Outlet Manager, Director of Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Hotel Manager.
What you bring:
• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and/or wine
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

يقوم موقع مساعد خادم سايكيندو بمساعدة خادم الطعام في تقديم تجربة تناول طعام مخدومة بشكل متميز تتوافق مع المعايير من خلال تنظيف وتحديث الطاولات وفق المعايير.
ما ستفعله:
• تقديم تجربة تناول طعام ممتعة من خلال التميز في الجودة، الاحتراف، والود.
• التنبؤ باحتياجات الضيوف و الرضا؛ تقديم اقتراحات و الاستجابة بشكل عاجل ومناسب لمخاوف وطلبات الضيوف.
• المساعدة في تنظيف وتحديث الطاولات وفقًا لمعايير الخدمة
• أداء مهام أخرى أو مشاريع كما يكلف بها مدير مرفق الأغذية والمشروبات، مدير المشروبات، مساعد مدير الأغذية والمشروبات ومدير الفندق.
ما تجلبه:
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة على الأقل في الدور المماثل في علامة فاخرة
• شخصية منفتحة ونهج can-do في مهمة محددة
• مستوى عالٍ من الفهم والمعرفة بالطعام و/أو النبيذ
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (التحدث، القراءة، الكتابة)
• مهارات تواصل شخصية ومهارات كلامية وكتابية ممتازة
