About the role
The Banquet Server provides professional and attentive service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience in accordance with the outlet’s standards.
What you will do
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
2. Present menus, recommend dishes, and explain daily specials.
3. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
5. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
6. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
7. Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards always.
8. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Banquet Supervisor, Assistant Banquet Manager or Director of Banquets.
What you bring
• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of Banquet operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

ما ستفعله
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
1. أخذ طلبات الطعام والشراب بدقة وتقديمها على الفور.
2. تقديم القوائم، التوصية بالأطباق، وشرح العروض اليومية.
3. ضمان إعداد الطاولة بشكل صحيح، النظافة والأجواء.
4. متابعة رضا الضيوف والرد على الطلبات بسرعة.
5. التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى الضيوف باحتراف.
6. التعاون مع طاقم المطبخ والبار لضمان خدمة سلسة.
7. اتباع معايير النظافة والسلامة والخدمة دوماً.
8. أداء مهام أو مشاريع أخرى يكلفه بها مشرف الولائم أو مساعد مدير الولائم أو مدير الولائم.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 1 سنة في دور مماثل ضمن علامة تجارية فاخرة
• شخصية اجتماعية ونهج can-do تجاه مهمة معينة
• مستوى عالٍ من الفهم والمعرفة بعمليات الولائم
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة وكجزء من فريق.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (التحدث، القراءة، الكتابة)
• مهارات تواصل استثنائية شفهية وكتابية وشخصية
