EARLY YEARS TEACHER NEEDED FOR AUGUST 2026 TENATIVE SUBJECT TO STUDENT ENROLLMENT This school is an exciting new addition to the well-established group in Sharjah, opening to students in August 2026. Salary and Benefits - Tax free salary starting from AED11500 per month - Free furnished accommodation - Comprehensive medical insurance - Free annual flights (for employee, spouse) Position Reason: New School and Student Numbers Rising Position Location: Central Sharjah Region Country: UAE Emirate: Sharjah Curriculum: Australian /Inquiry based Start Date: August 2026 Contract Length: 2 years Working Hours: 4 day week - Monday to Thursday Recruitment Criteria: • Australian curriculum experience preferred / IB background is a good fit / UAE and Middle East experience is beneficial • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (will consider less on case by case basis) • Preferred registration as a professional teacher (i.e.: VIT, QTS, etc.) • Applicants must have a relevant teaching qualification. (minimum Bachelor's degree) • Must be willing to embrace a student centred model of learning • Must be happy to work with predominantly ESL and largely Arabic children in a setting that is distinctly multi-national and multicultural • Must be committed for the long term and consider this as a career enhancement opportunity. • This will suit single applicants or teaching couples; it is not a cultural fit for western children.
