About the role
The Saikindō Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
What you will do
• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
• Serve a variety of beverages and have excellent knowledge of the beverage menu;
• Develop complete knowledge of all products offered by the bar such as wines, cocktails, beers, Armagnacs, cognacs, spirits and all other beverages.
• Perform all opening and closing tasks at the bar; be able to set-up tables as per required standards.
• Have detailed knowledge of all menu items whether it be food or beverages.
• Tidy up and clean bar area during service hours.
• Ensure bar is properly stocked at all times and that opening and closing tasks are executed.
• Immediately report all incidents or atypical situations to the Saikindō Beverage Director and Head Bartender.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Communicate with guest and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice. Listen to understand requests respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
• Assist with bar inventory.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Saikindō Floor Manager, Saikindō Beverage Director, Asst. Director of F&B and Hotel Manager.
What you bring
• One to two years’ previous experience as Bartender in Food & Beverage outlet.
• College education or equivalent experience;
• Previous employment experience in a similar position with other luxury Hotels will be an added advantage
• Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
• Previous employment experience in a similar position with other luxury Hotels will be an added advantage
• Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest.
• Energetic and professional approach to his/her craft.

التقديم للـSaikindō Bartender يوفر لضيوف الفندق والخدم خدمة مشروبات سريعة وفعالة مع معرفة عملية شاملة بكل المنتجات التي يُقدمها البار.
ما ستقوم به
• إعداد وتقديم مجموعة من النبيذ، المشروبات الروحية، والمشروبات المختلطة من القائمة مع الحفاظ على التصريف الصحيح، والخلط، والدمج وفق الوصفات المعتمدة ومعايير Four Seasons المعتمدة.
• تقديم مجموعة من المشروبات وامتلاك معرفة ممتازة بقائمة المشروبات؛
• تطوير معرفة كاملة بجميع المنتجات التي يقدمها البار مثل النبيذ، الكوكتيلات، البيرة، الأرمانياك، الكونياك، المشروبات الروحية وجميع المشروبات الأخرى.
• أداء جميع مهام الافتتاح والإغلاق في البار؛ القدرة على إعداد الطاولات وفق المعايير المطلوبة.
• معرفة تفصيلية بجميع عناصر القائمة سواء كانت طعاماً أم مشروبات.
• تنظيم وتنظيف منطقة البار أثناء ساعات الخدمة.
• تأكد من أن البار مُجهّز بشكل صحيح في جميع الأوقات وأن مهام الافتتاح والإغلاق منفذة.
• الإبلاغ فوراً عن جميع الحوادث أو الحالات غير النمطية إلى مدير مشروبات سايكيندو ورئيس السقاة.
• تأكيد طلبات الضيوف بما في ذلك أي احتياجات خاصة أو طلبات من خادم الصالة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع في الفندق؛ التحقق من الطلبات المكتملة مع الطلب الأصلي للضيف.
• التنبؤ باحتياجات الضيف، التحقق من الرضا، وتقديم الاقتراحات، والاستجابة بعاجلة وبشكل مناسب لاهتمامات وطلبات الضيوف.

ما ستقدمه
• خبرة سابقة من سنة إلى سنتين كساقٍ في قسم الأغذية والمشروبات.
• التعليم الجامعي أو خبرة مكافئة؛
• خبرة سابقة في وظيفة مشابهة في فنادق فاخرة أخرى ستكون إضافة مفيدة
• القدرة على صب ومزج ومزج مجموعة واسعة من النبيذ والمشروبات الروحية والمشروبات غير المُعدة
• يتطلب القدرة على تشغيل أجهزة الكمبيوتر وأنظمة كمبيوتر الأغذية والمشروبات الأخرى.
• يتطلب قراءة وكتابة ومهارة لفظية باللغة الإنجليزية.
• يتطلب معرفة عملية بعمليات القسم وبمعايير Four Seasons الثقافية والأساسية، والسياسات وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية. عادةً ما تُكتسب المعرفة العملية أثناء العمل.
• خبرة سابقة في وظيفة مشابهة في فنادق فاخرة أخرى ستكون إضافة مفيدة
