Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• - Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and manpower.
• - Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
• - Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for management.
• - Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• - Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• - Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• - Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• - Ability to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah.

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: AED 3,500 - 5,000 per month
