Sign Media and Fixtures L. L. C-FZ is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in signage, joinery, shopfitting, or construction to work on exciting projects and contribute to delivering high-quality visual communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Analyze materials, labor, and production methods to determine project costs. Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for clients. Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure project feasibility and competitive pricing. Revise estimates based on project scope changes and market pricing. Maintain cost databases and support continuous improvement of estimating processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in estimating, cost analysis, and quantity take-offs. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Experience sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, and negotiating with suppliers. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience in signage, joinery, interior fit-out shopfitting, construction, fabrication, or manufacturing. Technical, engineering, construction, or related qualification is an advantage.
